FIFA Tribunal przy rozstrzyganiu sporów sportowych kieruje się przede wszystkim zasadą „pacta sunt servanta”, czyli zasadę lojalnego dotrzymywania zobowiązań umownych.
W sporach „piłkarskich” obejmujących w szczególności roszczenia klubów piłkarskich, trenerów oraz zawodników z tytułu nieterminowej zapłaty istnieje ugruntowana praktyka orzekania odsetek za opóźnienie w wysokości 5%.
FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) jako organ orzekający FIFA jest umocowany do orzekania o skutkach wynikających z niewywiązywania się z umowy (niewykonania zobowiązania) w tym orzekania o zakazie rejestracji piłkarzy.

[Prawo pracy] Przypominamy, że od dnia 01 stycznia 2024 r. obowiązuje nowa stawka minimalnego wynagrodzenia za pracę. Zgodnie z treścią rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 14 września 2023 r. w sprawie wysokości minimalnego wynagrodzenia za pracę oraz wysokości minimalnej stawki godzinowej w 2024 r. (Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz. 1893), wydanego na podstawie art. 2 ust. 5 ustawy z dnia 10 października 2002 r. o minimalnym wynagrodzeniu za pracę (Dz. U. z 2020 r., poz. 2207 oraz z 2023 r. poz. 1667), od dnia 01 stycznia 2024 r. minimalne wynagrodzenie za pracę w wymiarze pełnego etatu wyniesie 4.242,00 zł brutto, a minimalna stawka godzinowa wynosić będzie 27,70 zł brutto. Pamiętać należy, że w Polsce wynagrodzenie za pracę w wysokości minimalnej płacy pobiera ok. 4,2 mln pracowników, co oznacza, że minimalną pensje zarabia co czwarta osoba świadcząca pracę na podstawie stosunku pracy, a więc osoby zatrudniane na podstawie umowy o pracę, powołania, wyboru, mianowania lub spółdzielczej umowy o pracę (art. 2 k.p.). Minimalne wynagrodzenie za pracę dotyczy osób, które nawiązały z pracodawcą stosunek pracy, na podstawie, którego pracownik zobowiązał się do wykonywania pracy określonego rodzaju na rzecz pracodawcy i pod jego kierownictwem oraz w miejscu i czasie wyznaczonym przez pracodawcę, a pracodawca - do zatrudnienia pracownika za wynagrodzeniem (art. 22 k.p.). Wysokość minimalnego wynagrodzenia za pracę jest corocznie przedmiotem negocjacji w ramach Rady Dialogu Społecznego, powołanej mocą ustawy z dnia 24 lipca 2015 r. o Radzie Dialogu Społecznego i innych instytucjach dialogu społecznego (Dz.
