Konferencja odbędzie się już w dniu 20 kwietnia 2023 r. na Wydział Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego , a w tym roku, poświęcona będzie tak istotnym zagadnieniom prawa morskiego takim jak zapobieganie zanieczyszczaniu morza przez statki.

The conferences are organized by the Department of Maritime Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, the Maritime Economy Research Center of the University of Gdańsk, and the European Association of Law Students ELSA Gdańsk
The conference will be held on April 20, 2023, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Gdańsk, and this year it will be devoted to such important issues of maritime law as the prevention of marine pollution by ships.
Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów zdefiniował zatory płatnicze jako sytuacje w których „przedsiębiorca nie otrzymuje na czas swoich pieniędzy od kontrahenta. Jest to takie nagromadzenie zadłużeń, które przechodzi na kolejne powiązane z nim podmioty, negatywnie wpływając na całe otoczenie biznesowe.
