Z początkiem lipca 2021 roku ma zniknąć Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej (CEIDG)

Pandemia koronawirusa spowodowała większe zainteresowanie załatwianiem wielu spraw urzędowych za pomocą usług elektronicznych. Ministerstwo Rozwoju, Pracy i Technologii pracuje nad połączeniem CEIDG (https://prod.ceidg.gov.pl/CEIDG/CEIDG.Public.UI/Search.aspx) i portalu biznes.gov.pl.

Likwidacja CEIDG i połącznie z portalem biznes.gov.pl w swoich założeniach ma ułatwić działalność gospodarczą wielu polskim przedsiębiorcom. Aktualnie, CEIDG pozwala na miedzy innymi, dokonywanie zmian w rejestrze, jednak nie umożliwia dowiedzenia się, które ze spraw urzędowych mogą zostać załatwione w sposób elektroniczny. Jednolite „konto przedsiębiorcy” wychodzi naprzeciw postępowi technologicznemu. Takie funkcje jak dostęp do statusu i historii załatwionych spraw, czy załatwianie spraw rejestrowych uproszczą działanie przedsiębiorstwa, co może przełożyć się na większe zyski i jego szybszy rozwój. Co warte wskazania, brak będzie jednak bezpośredniego przejścia na portale podatkowe czy ZUS PUE.

Do rejestracji, a później logowania na portalu biznes.gov.pl wymagany będzie profil zaufany, którego aktualnie nie trzeba posiadać, aby założyć tam konto. System będzie przypominał o zbliżających się terminach do załatwienia spraw. Aktualnie portal zapewnia około 300 różnych funkcjonalności. Strona zapewnia też informacje o procedurach i dokumentach, które wymagane są w poszczególnych sprawach. W październiku uruchomione mają być też doręczenie elektroniczne poprzez biznes.gov.pl.
Jesień 2021 roku ma przynieść również zmiany w wyszukiwaniu przedsiębiorstw. W planach jest uruchomienie jednej wyszukiwarki przedsiębiorstw – indywidualnych i spółek. Baza zawierać ma ponad 2,5 mln podmiotów. Weryfikacja podmiotów, z którymi będziemy chcieli zawrzeć umowę stanie się łatwiejsza.
